This application functions as a Sit Up counter, providing users with a convenient method of tracking their exercise routine. The main features include:

 <li>Counting Sit Ups</li>
 <li>Notification alerts</li>
 <li>Logging Active Energy and Workouts to Apple Health</li>
 <li>Ability to save results in the Photo Library</li>
 <li>Access to workout history</li>
</ul>

To use the app effectively, follow these steps:
<ol>
 <li>Place your iPhone on your abdomen.</li>
 <li>Tap the start button.</li>
 <li>Hold the iPhone with both hands.</li>
 <li>Commence your Sit Up routine.</li>
</ol>

Active Energy calculations are based on the following formula: (METs - 1) x Weight (kg) x (Time (min) / 60) x 1.05.
For example: METs 3.8, Weight 50 kg, Time 10 min. Calculation: (3.8 - 1) x 50 x (10 / 60) x 1.05 = 24.5 kcal.

The application may request optional permissions for:

 <li>Apple Health: used for data recording within Apple Health</li>
 <li>Tracking: utilized for personalized advertising</li>
 <li>Notifications: enables the sending of alerts</li>
 <li>Photo Library: allows saving images within the Photo Library</li>
</ul>
