- Place your iPhone on your abdomen.
- Tap the start button.
- Hold the iPhone with both hands.
- Commence your Sit Up routine.
Active Energy calculations are based on the following formula: (METs - 1) x Weight (kg) x (Time (min) / 60) x 1.05.
For example: METs 3.8, Weight 50 kg, Time 10 min. Calculation: (3.8 - 1) x 50 x (10 / 60) x 1.05 = 24.5 kcal.The application may request optional permissions for:
- Apple Health: used for data recording within Apple Health
- Tracking: utilized for personalized advertising
- Notifications: enables the sending of alerts
- Photo Library: allows saving images within the Photo Library
Languages supported by the application include Japanese and English.
